“Online Sanctioning” Instructions
1. Go to www.alabamansa.com
2. Click on the NSA logo (upper left corner)
3. Click on “Online Registration” (on the left side)
4. Go to “Team Name”
Ø Type in League Name-1 (ex: Clanton-1)

Fill in all the
blanks
Ø Under “Select Your
Region” choose
Alabama Fastpitch – Rickey Light
Ø You can use the SAME name,
phone numbers and email address for all of your sanctioning

Click on
“Youth”
Ø Division – Click on
“Girls”
Ø Class – Click on
“Unknown”
Ø Program – Click on
“Fastpitch”
Ø Age Group – Click on
appropriate age group For 6U and 8U click on 8U, 10U,
12U, 14U, 16U, 18U

Type in Password
8.
Confirm Password
9.
Click on
“Submit Application”
You will go to a screen that
confirms your application, or you will see “Incomplete Form”. If you get the “Incomplete Form”
Follow the directions and:
Ø Click “Submit
Application”
Once you have the
“Completed Form” screen up:
Ø Click the “BACK”
button on your tool bar
This should take you back to
the sanction form with all of your information retained.
Ø Go to Team Name
Ø Type in League Name-2 (ex:
Clanton-2)
Ø Go to bottom of page and go
to Age Group.
Ø Click on appropriate age
group (for 6U click on 8U)
Click on Submit Application and continue the process over and over again until you get all of your teams in your league sanctioned.
Once you have completed the
online sanctioning then you will need to complete the HARD COPY roster SANCTION
FORMS AND THE $20.00 (PER TEAM) SANCTION FEE IS DUE IN THE STATE OFFICE NO
LATER THAN APRIL 15TH.
Ø Mail the $20.00 sanction fee
(per team) to: Rickey Light,
Ø Mail the Hard copy Rosters
to your area director
* If you choose to purchase insurance thru NSA you will need a sanction number. If you want to insure your teams before practice starts, you will need to send in the sanctions forms and the $20.00 (per team) sanction fee before you start practice.
